My Dear, we’ve got you.
One thing we hear over and over again from business-owning moms* is a craving for space. Time for deep work or deep relaxation.
Maybe it's the Colorado in us, but the ideal place for this space always seems to be "a weekend away in the woods".
We crave the healing quietude of the trees, the chance to think without the interruption from littles, and the space to unwind to see what’s beneath the stress.
What might be born when we step away for a moment?
Tackle a Work Project
Find a beautiful corner of this 30-acre private property to get your head around that project that always falls to the bottom of the to-do list. Leverage the energy of the weekend, the expertise of your retreat hosts, and your intention to move you forward.
Unplug & Recharge
Go on a hike, enjoy the hot tub, receive a massage, meditate, practice yoga, sleep in, get cozy by the fire with a book, cook a meal in the gourmet kitchen, enjoy a glass of wine on one of the many expansive decks. Use this weekend to give your body exactly what it craves.
Learn & Grow
Experience the power that arises when 30 business-owning moms come together. Join our group sessions & circles and receive 1:1 support in a small group session with one of your retreat hosts to work through a business or mindset puzzle.
Your Retreat Hosts

Sam Field
(She/her)
Sam is a Licensed professional counselor, a Certified addiction counselor and trained in EMDR and somatic trauma work. I earned my MA in Wilderness Therapy. She offers a nurturing, accessible, and inclusive therapy experience with an experiential approach that is focused on self-care.

Meghan Dicklin
(She/her)
Meghan is a business operations consultant with an understanding that we need to bring our whole selves to working differently. She leads parents on a journey to access their inherent leadership qualities and creatively integrate their family and work-life into a unique setup that works best for them. Our constraints provide incredible opportunities for new possibilities.
Yoga, Massage, & Journal Writing

Nupur Israni
(She/her)
She stumbled into her first yoga class in 2014 searching for something a bit more than just a workout. She found more balance, peace, and, most importantly, more acceptance in her sense of self. Teaching yoga brings Nupur so much joy – her classes are filled with exploration, playfulness, and a space for her students to return to their spiritual home. Nupur is also a pediatric sleep consultant, baby sign language teacher and science educator who consults with and support parents, expecting parents and babies through her company called Feed Play Rest.

Jessica Van Antwerp, LMT, CSP
(She/her)
She provides holistic wellness services to unlock the natural healing capacity of your body. Jessica’s work is based on the philosophy that the human body is a garden. Cultivating a beautiful, healthy garden requires tending to it. When you put great effort and care into a garden, by preparing the soil and arranging the plants just so, you can minimize the work required later and potentially eliminate the likelihood of weeds growing. That is to say, when you tend to your body, mind, and spirit, you can ensure a healthy and beautiful body, mind, and spirit. As they say, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

Shani Raviv
(She/her)
She is the creator of Journey Writing Circles and the author of the award-winning, coming-of-age memoir Being Ana: a memoir of anorexia nervosa. Her passion is to guide you to your truth through the power of story.
This work is real, raw, nurturing, deeply healing, and connects you to your humanity.

"What I love about these retreats is the support and inspiration I get. Being new to the business world, I have a lot to learn and it's invaluable to get together with others and hear great ideas. Being a business owner and a mom presents its own basket of challenges and it has also been amazingly helpful to get to know other moms that are doing similar things." - Katie Haley, physical therapist and honey cultivator
"Being a mom with young children while also beginning and growing a business is HARD! Having a community of other like-minded women is invaluable. Stepping away from it all to bask in the inspiration of this retreat was exactly what anyone in this space should do!" - Stephanie Baltz, nutritional consultant
